At the Okondura Guesthouse, we believe in living off the land. With our organically farm-grown fruits and vegetables, freshly baked goods and outstanding wildlife/livestock; each meal is healthy, and a well-balanced sensation. Allowing us to be nearly self-sustainable.

Each morning your day starts with a hearty Farmers Breakfast, freshly baked bread, homemade ham and salami, and recently picked seasonal fruits.

Depending on where the hunt takes you, you will either enjoy a traditional Namibian or German meal at the large table in the main building or a Lunch Pack for you to indulge in whilst stalking your prey.

When dusk has fallen and it's time to feast once more, the masonry outdoor grill will be fired up to prepare traditional venison specialities or the classic Namibian Potjie, a meat and vegetable stew. Time permitting of course. You will have the pleasure of relaxing with a cold beer or fine glass of wine, whilst listening to the Big Game Professional Hunter (Gerd Liedtke), a master in the trade, tell his ​exhilarating stories from decades of experience hunting in the far reaches of Namibia.

For our vegetarian guests, we offer healthy, tasty salads and vegetable platters.​ If you have special wishes regarding nutrition and dietary requirements, please notify us when making your reservation so we may be prepared for your arrival.
